The building owner, architect, or structural engineer submitting registration data is solely responsible for the authenticity and truthfulness of structural drawings, NOC affidavits, and occupancy parameters. Submission of forged or misleading drawings is a criminal offense under Section 465 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 24 of the NBFSA Act.

3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
