Compliance & Certification Framework

Issuance protocols for Fire NOC, Annual Safety Audit Certificates (ASAC), and Digital QR Seals.

NBFSA issues cryptographically signed, QR-coded digital safety certificates. These certificates are mandatory for real estate registrations, insurance policies, and commercial licensing.

Types of Official Certificates

📜 Fire Safety NOC (Part 4)

Issued upon physical verification of pump flow rates, riser pressures, fire alarms, and emergency escape stairs.

Validity: 1 to 3 Years

🏗️ Structural Stability Certificate

Certified by an empaneled Class-I Structural Engineer after Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and foundation load verification.

Validity: 3 to 5 Years

Compulsory QR Code Digital Safety Seal

Every certified building is issued an official metallic NBFSA QR Safety Plate that must be prominently mounted at the main entrance gate. Citizens, tenants, and visitors can scan the QR code to verify real-time certification validity and inspection history.
